MEET JENNY

Jenny Hill is a public servant dedicated to representing the people of Chattanooga’s District 2 and stewarding the future of our city with bold vision and hard work.

Deemed a “firecracker” by EDGE Magazine, she is a skilled communicator and leader known for identifying necessary details in big ideas to simplify them and make things happen.

Jenny’s private sector career began in custom publishing at True North, where she quickly rose through the ranks to join the executive team. She and her husband, Jason, founded Papercut Interactive, a web development and digital marketing company in 2001.

While building a business, Jenny and Jason also built a family. She is the proud mom of Annabelle, 19, and Elliott, 16. They are really cool kids. Ask her about them!

Jenny’s journey into public service began In 2010 when local children – middle schoolers – were shot at getting off the school bus. The news struck a place at the core of her being and changed her life. Since then Jenny has been intentionally using her skills and giving her time and energy toward work that will improve lives.
